I want to thankyou ernie for creating this forum.......
I want to announce some great things going on at Redboy Academy.....

first welcoming back Eric Uresk for the summer, always a pleasure to have him @redboy....
hes teaching two classes this summer........that are musts!!!!!! Tuesday night SAmbo......its like Judo intense.............def need it for your game......second ......eric is teaching the nogi on thursdays.............remember to hit him up on his my space or contact me(michele) and get some privates, semi privates going........we got tournaments coming up.........so lets go!

also..........i am launching redgirls womens martial art fitness program.......great classes, bootcamp, cardiokickboxing, capoeira conditioning, and women boxing......call michele for info....631 521-1839
